London model reveals bum implants ‘fell out’ in gym after spending £105k on surgeries
She got her first enhancement at only 18
Chelsea Robinson, a 29-year-old model and businesswoman from London, has opened up about a shocking experience with bum implant surgery, one that went seriously wrong when her implants actually “fell out” during a gym workout. Fixing the damage ended up costing her around £63,000.
Back in 2019, Chelsea flew to the Dominican Republic after hearing the doctors there were experts in bum implants. She hoped to enhance her figure, but soon after returning home, things quickly took a turn for the worse.
So, what actually happened?
Chelsea shared her story on ITV’s Olivia Attwood: The Price of Perfection, “Six years ago, I went to the Dominican Republic because I heard they were the best at doing bum implants. But then, when I got back, I was squatting in the gym and suddenly felt something. My leg went all tingly, and I felt something come out. My implant was literally hanging.”

She explained that the implant had slipped out from under her muscle, a terrifying experience she described as “horrendous.” Looking back, Chelsea said she regrets ever getting the surgery, “If I knew everything I know now, I never would have got the bum implants. It was the absolute worst journey I’ve ever been through, and it just wasn’t worth it.”
Despite this nightmare, Chelsea hasn’t stopped with cosmetic procedures. Over the last eleven years, she’s spent about £105,000 in total on surgeries, including four boob jobs. Her most recent breast surgery, which cost just under £8,000, involved implants that weigh nearly 1kg each, some of the largest available in London.

Chelsea revealed she started breast surgery as soon as she turned 18, driven by the pressure in the modelling world to have a fuller chest. “I was quite eager and got booked in straight away to get my boobs done,” she said. “I had basically no boobs, just an A-cup, and I wanted to look like everyone else.”
Looking at old photos, Chelsea admitted she used to feel unattractive. “I look so ugly there. There’s no definition anywhere, no boobs, no bum.”
She also talked about how competitive the lingerie modelling scene felt, “I kind of fell into lingerie modelling, but I didn’t feel like I was keeping up with the other glamour models I saw around me.”
Anyway, in total, Chelsea spent roughly £63,000 just fixing the bum implant issues, and altogether, she’s spent about £105,000 on cosmetic surgeries over the years. Despite the challenges and the high costs, she says the urge to keep improving never really goes away. “There’s always something else you want or feel you need to look better. It’s almost like chasing adrenaline, that’s what you’re really after.”
