Guys, you can actually use Instagram to expose a cheating partner, here’s how you do it
It’s much easier to do than you’d think
Cheating through Instagram is frustratingly becoming more and more common.
Even if it’s not a full-blown affair, reports of partners emotional cheating or sliding into other people’s DMs are everywhere.
You’ve probably heard about the signs of cheating through Instagram from partner overly-guarding their phone to having too many texts that have been deleted. If you recognise these red flags but don’t want to confront your partner out of fear you’re being distrustful or delusional, it’s okay.
However, not everyone can afford a private investigator, especially not in this economy, so here are two ways you can investigate yourself, if needed.
You can view all their likes and comments
If you go to the settings page of your partner’s account, there should be an option to see all likes and comments made by them.
To do this, click on the three lines on the top right hand side of your profile, then “your activity”. You should then see all the accounts posting stuff that your partner has recently liked and commented on.

You can look at their activity through this section on Instagram’s settings
This even includes reviews, tags, and sticker responses as well.
You can also filter the results of these accounts by date to further confirm or reject your suspicions. For example, if you suspect your partner started cheating on you last month, you should set a filter to show the results of a specific month, or year or week depending on your case. If you’re not sure or want to check other time periods, then you can also look at all the dates.

Alternatively if you go into the settings section of your partner’s account and search tags and mentions, you should see what pending tags they have by pressing “review tags”.
Be aware that if your partner has a lot of security set on the tags, for example, they’ve turned on “manually approve tags” on or turned the tagging option off completely, that may be another red flag.
Finally, there are some other ways you can find out if your partner is cheating through Instagram. This involves monitoring their activity for inconsistencies. These could be messages at random hours, secretive or suspicious behaviour around their phones or other devices, as well as emotional or physical withdrawal.
