Love Is Blind’s Sara reveals the one thing that ‘annoys’ her about Joey, and it’s juicy
She’s the complete opposite, and yet, they work
Sara Carton and Joey Leveille were not set to be married on Love Is Blind, and while their relationships with their respective partners did not work out, they seem to be getting on like a house on fire. That being said, there are some of Joey’s traits that do grind away at his new boo.
During an appearance on the Dear Shandy podcast last week, Sara and Joey talked about their Love Is Blind experience, their love for The White Lotus’ theme song, and some of the unique quirks of their relationship. When the host asked what Joey does that Sara finds annoying, she jokingly responded, “Joey does not have a dad bod.”
When the hosts pressed her for an actual response, Sara seriously struggled to come up with something about Joey that annoys her. Their relationship must be that airtight, and no doubt to the annoyance of their Love Is Blind exes Ben Mezzenga and Monica Danus. Eventually, Sara admitted that Joey is “very” type A, a personality type that is characterised by ambition, impatience, and competitiveness. You could say it’s also known as golden retriever energy, something Joey is definitely terminal with.
Meanwhile, Sara would describe herself as type B, someone who is typically easygoing, flexible, and laid-back.
Wait, so are Love Is Blind’s Sara and Joey actually together?
According to a report by Reality Shrine, Joey and Sara “started talking” seven months after filming for Love Is Blind wrapped.

“In February, Sara and I had a conversation, ‘Hey, we have this great friendship and support. Is this some type of potential for us in the future?’ We had a good, healthy conversation. We decided, no, we’re not gonna pursue dating at this time. There’s definitely interest there. I’m not gonna lie about that aspect, but we decided — and still have decided — we’re not pursuing dating in this capacity at this time,” he told US Weekly.
Sara and Joey outright refused to put a label on their relationship until fairly recently. But even then, they’re not officially boyfriend and girlfriend.
“Right now, a lot of people think of dating in different terms, so to keep it clear, dating officially, like boyfriend, girlfriend, we’re not, but dating in the sense of exploring our relationship and getting to know one another? Yes, we are,” Sara also said on the Dear Shandy podcast.
It was basically a word salad and the Dictionary.com definition of dating, but if it works for them.
