Adrian says life is hard as the ‘superstar of MAFS’ because strangers plague him on the street

Adrian has spoken in an interview about how hard it is being the most popular person in the cast of MAFS Australia 2025. The controversial groom literally sat and spoke about how famous he is now, and how he struggles to go out without being recognised. I’m crying for him, really I am.

Adrian has been divisive on the show. He and Awhina have had their struggles, and us viewers in the UK are just about to see the so-called “footsie” scandal with Sierah unfold. But despite that, he seems to think he’s the most loved man on telly right now. That’s what he’s being saying on the MAFS Funny podcast, at least.

“If you asked people who’s one of your favourite people on the show, I guarantee most people will say me,” Adrian said. “Man, I can’t go nowhere. If there’s 10 people, someone’s noticing me.” The host then suggested people might not be noticing Adrian for the right reasons, and he said: “Yeah, still noticing me though.”

The host then asked Adrian if he’d referred to himself as the “superstar of the season” and Adrian, dead serious, looked back and just replied: “I am.”

Adrian then outwardly admitted to running fan sites about himself, and added: “I’ve got people calling their parents and saying ‘oh my mum loves you’.” He said this had happened four times in one weekend.

People in the comments are *obviously* rinsing him for his admissions. “Is this satire?” one person asked. Another added: “Has he sustained a brain injury?”.

Many of the comments are thanking the video for including subtitles. Yes, there is the running joke that nobody can understand what Adrian says, and he’s actually one of the only MAFS cast members in history to pretty much have constant subtitles on the show.

I need a break from this man.
