People are convinced this is the ‘real reason’ Ekin-Su wants to sabotage Luca and Grace

The Love Island villa has been hit with a new drama this week after Luca kissed Samie in the challenge, leaving his relationship with Grace on the rocks.

He spent the entire next day trying to redeem himself for snogging the bombshell after telling Grace he wouldn’t, continuously apologising and closing things off with Samie.

However, the entire time, Ekin-Su was encouraging trying to secretly sabotage his attempts at rekindling things with the blonde bombshell.

She got up off the sunloungers and purposely left Luca and Samie alone despite him asking her not to, and people think she has a selfish reason for doing so.

Earlier in the series, Luca was voted as the favorite boy, and Love Island watchers are convinced that Ekin-Su is jeopardizing things for him so she can win the show.

Him and Grace are a really strong couple who are both loved by the public, so Ekin-Su would have no chance of winning against them.

Encouraging him to talk to Samie will ruin things with Grace, destroying the strong couple and allowing Ekin-Su and Curtis to easily ride through to the final.

“OH I’VE CLOCKED IT. Ekin knows Luca and Grace are popular so she’s trying to sabotage them so she can win the £50K,” one person wrote on X.

Someone else agreed: “Ekin is starting to annoy me bc she’s def sabotaging Grace and Luca because they are the most popular couple.”

“I also hope everyone can see how manipulative Ekin is being. She sees Luca and Grace as a threat to her screen time and her chance at winning,” another said.

When Danielle and Tina sat down next to Luca and Samie, Ekin-Su started shouting and pointing at them to move away, intent on leaving the pair alone.

“I just feel like she is his type and if she came in earlier, he would’ve definitely gone for her 1000%,” Curtis then said to her.

Casey chimed in that the whole thing with Grace was just good “timing” and Ekin added: “There’s a reason he snogged her [Samie].”

Samie straight up asked Luca if things would have been different if she had come in three weeks earlier, and he safely replied that the answer is “unknown”.

Ekin-Su and Luca are supposed to be great friends, but does she really have his best interests at heart? Time will tell.
