Are we getting No Good Deed season two on Netflix? Show’s creator speaks out after speculation

Give us more!!

Netflix’s No Good Dead has been an undeniable hit, and though it’s still got some ways to go to unseat Black Doves on the chart, there are already calls for season two.

The show itself follows three different families as they compete to live in a quaint 1920s Spanish-style villa. Of course, there’s drama, scandal, heartbreak, and lots of Lisa Kudrow to keep your interest piqued.

People are already demanding season two, as am I, with one person posting on Twitter: “No Good Deed on Netflix is actually good… can’t wait for season two (if there is one which there definitely should be!).”

“I was looking for when season two of No Good Deed is coming only to find out the show just came out today,” another confessed.

Let’s not keep you waiting! Here’s everything I could find about season two of No Good Deed coming to Netflix.

Is season two of No Good Deed confirmed at Netflix?

Netflix does have a habit of cancelling shows days after they’ve come out, but the same could not be said of greenlighting. As of Wednesday, one week after it dropped, there hasn’t been confirmation of season two.

But don’t fret, there’s still hope on the horizon in the form of Liz Feldman, the genius behind No Good Deed and similar Netflix product Dead To Me.

Speaking to Variety, the award-winning writer and producer said that she had designed the show with season two in mind, hence that dramatic ending.

“I’ll just say that I always had a season two in mind, and I do think that a show like this has legs if it is done in a clever way,” she explained.

The ball is now in Netflix’s court, and though reviews alone aren’t enough to greenlight a second series, growing interest and demand would certainly help.

“I’m very excited to sit down and talk to Netflix about what those plans are. They know a little bit, but I do think that this show has some life left to live, and I really hope that we get to see it through,” she added.

Presumably, anyone who isn’t dead or in prison will be returning for season two. It’s up to you now Netflix, don’t let us down… again!
