Every single season of MAFS UK there are always wild rumours of various couple swaps, although this year does seem to have a lot more than usual. Partly I think because the cast seem to be sharing far more behind the scenes photos together, and some are definitely leaning into the rumours.

So, let’s rank all of the rumoured couple swaps by how likely they are to have actually happened in real life. It’s about to get juicy!

6. Nathan and Emma

I adore both Nathan and Emma and they are both recently single, could this picture of him proposing to Emma mean anything… Well as wholesome as they are together I think they’re definitely just friends and seriously doubt anything has happened.

5. Caspar and Polly

After Caspar said he’d swap to Polly for the week, everyone’s tongues were set wagging about whether there was something going on between them.

But Caspar shut it down immediately on Instagram, replying to someone who asked him whether he was with Polly yet: “I said Polly for wife swap week because I’d had a really good week with her, when I was getting my hair cut by Adam. And I thought I’d have a really fun time with her, so that’s why I said Polly.”

Answering the question directly he added: “No, Polly and I are not together, she’s a lovely girl but I think she would agree we wouldn’t be a great match together.”

Polly also shared the response to her own story, saying “We’re chalk and cheese aren’t we my love?” Well that clears up the possibility a couple swap happened between these two is zero.

4. Hannah and Ryan

Right, I won’t lie after discovering weeks ago that these two had gone to a festival together over the summer I did wonder whether anything had gone on between them, but Hannah has cleared the aired once and for all.

She revealed on her story: “Me and Ryan built a really lovely friendship when we both got out of the experiment and that is all it has ever been!

“We have never dated and we have never been in a relationship.

“If anybody actually took a minute to ask us we would both have happily confirmed that but no! Instead it was playground whispers, rumours and a public ambush off of hearsay YET again!”

She continued: “All the other cast built friendships (boys and girls) and were chatting, meeting up, enjoying a little WhatsApp group that we were left out of and as always it was more than ok for everybody else to get friendly – but of course not for me!

“Shout out to the eagle eyed fans because yes we did go to festivals together, Forbidden Forest was a vibe!”

3. Kieran and Polly

When Kieran scandalously kissed Polly during one of the dinner parties I think we all feared something might been happening between the pair, but Kieran later clarified exactly why he kissed her in the first place.

He explained he had drunk a lot over the course of the dinner party and actually kissed Adam before Polly. He then went to go and give Polly a kiss on the cheek but at the last minute she turned her cheek and he accidentally kissed her on the lips instead.

He also directly addressed the rumours he was dating Polly, alongside Sacha, clarifying he’s absolutely “not dating” either of them.

2. Sionainn and Luke

Right, these two look very cosy on the couch together and both came out of MAFS firmly removed from their partners. Whilst they do look very comfortable together and do follow each other on Instagram I just don’t know if I can see anything *actually* happening between the pair.

I mean I think we all knew this one was going to come first. I think it’s become a bit of a running joke between the cast that these two very much give couple vibes, and they’ve both joked about it a lot too.

Adam jokingly admitted during a TikTok video that “everyone knows Amy wants to snog me” and the picture of Adam proposing to Amy literally sent everyone into a state of shock.

But Amy addressed the rumours of them this morning, saying: “Apparently I’m dating Adam, Nathan, heard I’m dating Kieran too last night. Wish I had that much spare time on my hands. I am single and not dating any of the cast.”

I still there’s some flirtatious vibes between these two but it seems for now they really are just friends.
