All the MAFS cast who broke the rules by debuting their new partners whilst show was on
I just know the producers were fuming over these
Just because the cast of MAFS is told not to debut their new partners whilst they’re on the show doesn’t always mean they listen, or they accidentally slip up. All it takes are a few Facebook posts to be discovered or your new partner to tag you in a post and it’s all over.
So, from both MAFS UK and Australia, here are all the times the cast have broken the rules and debuted their new partners whilst the show was still on, and there are some spoilers for this year’s cast ahead, so tread carefully!
Eve

Eve wasn’t sneaky about this one at all, she was already soft launching her relationship back in July before getting spotted on holiday and in the airport with her new girlfriend.
@bexdurkan Wasnt expecting to see Eve from MAFS at ibiza airport 🥲🥲🥲 #mafsuk #mafs #ibiza
Bear in mind this was all still whilst she was already on the show but given that Eve has tried to pretend she was never on MAFS to begin with, I don’t think she’s that fussed everyone knew she wasn’t with Charlie. I mean the writing was on the wall to be fair.
Ash
Cast your mind back to when the most recent season of MAFS Australia was on, and you might remember Madelaine and Ash. Madelaine was *that* psychic who had a breakdown about seeing cows and Ash was just kinda there.
Well, at the time Ash wasted absolutely zero time showcasing his new relationship as on the day he and Madelaine decided to quit MAFS, he debuted his new partner Steph. He reposted her story with a picture of him and the caption: “Favourite” with a love heart emoji. Tbf after the chaos that was Madelaine I’d be moving on sharpish too.
Brad
Brad was another controversial MAFS UK cast member who was eventually removed from the show due to his treatment of Shona, but his girlfriend at the time secretly posted pictures of them together on her story whilst he was still on the show.
Just days after getting the boot Brad started hard launching his girlfriend, Holly, sharing lots of snaps of them at lunches and on date nights together.
Ross
Say it ain’t so, but in Facebook posts seen by The Tab, Ross can be seen saying “I love you” and sending heart emojis to someone else, and the messages were only sent in August and as soon as last month, way after the Married at First Sight UK 2024 experiment was filmed and wrapped.
In other posts, Ross told his new girlfriend she’s “the best” to which she replied in another comment “you can keep me forever.” Ross then replied: “Too fucking right.”
Another post that Ross left on her Facebook wall said “couple of hours till ya in my arms again” with a heart emoji and heart eyes emoji. This post was sent in June, showing the couple have been seeing each other for at least a few months already. I’m genuinely heartbroken over here.
