Today is a very special day because it turns out you can actually rent out the original Dumping Ground house and even Tracy Beaker’s iconic bedroom for £3,000pcm, according to Rightmove.

Someone on Twitter found the two bedroom flat listing and shared it.

The property is available from early September and the agency is looking for two people to take it over.

According to the listing, the flat has a communal garden, where Tracy hosted her birthday parties, and a communal kitchen where Duke prepared those gorgeous dishes.
