100+ evacuated from Beacon House because of burnt gluten free bagel
Beacon is finally lit (sort of)
Over 100 people were evacuated from Beacon House because of a burnt bagel.
The fire alarm sounded and marshals attempted to escort students to wait outside The Victoria Rooms.
Others gathered in front of Beacon House, while security investigated the cause of the alarm.
After 20 minutes of waiting, the alarm stopped.
One security member then told The Bristol Tab that the cause of the alarm was a gluten free bagel.
Folowing the alarm, students were allowed back into Beacon House and resumed their studies.
