Elderly couple become the University of Liverpool’s oldest graduates

After meeting 14 years ago on an Egyptology course, Peter and Louise hit it off. They married in 2004 and currently share 16 grandchildren between them.
The couple might be the oldest students UoL has ever had, but that doesn’t stop them socialising with their course mates. They've struck up friendships, and have even joined the students for evenings out at the Philharmonic Dining Rooms pub.
Just goes to show that it's never too late to start something new. Congratulations Peter and Louise!
