The network will be down for two hours due to maintenance
It will be from 7am to 9am tomorrow
IT Services announced the campus network will be down for maintenance for two hours on Tuesday 23 February.
The email said as a result of this maintenance, there will be no network availability for an anticipated 30 minute period. It said: “The service will remain at risk until approximately 9am.”
The email continued: “During the maintenance period the University network will be unavailable across the whole of the campus, including Loughborough University London and all halls of residence. The network will also be unavailable to external users.”
Unfortunately, this means students who intend to prepare for their 9am lectures will need to ensure they do all the required work and printing this evening as they will not be able to do so in the morning.
Eduroam, Imago Wi-Fi, University internet, HallNet and all phone services will be the services that will be affected by the network maintenance.
