It’s the Devon-based underwear party that took the world by storm – and now it’s back with a vengeance.
After being shut down in 2012 by “pathetic cowards kow-towing to the whims of the press”, an Exeter-based events group have taken up the mantle of the most talked-about uni event of the last 10 years.
The Tab was partly responsible, after we caught Student Union bar staff filming a couple being just a bit too naughty at the ball.
