Love Island’s Jess claps back at rumour she cheated on Ayo as he deletes their pics together

Love Island 2024 finalist Jess has been forced to comment on rumours she cheated on Ayo, as people fear they’ve recently split up. It was noticed this week that Ayo has deleted all evidence of Jess from his Instagram, which people have assumed means they’ve silently broken up.

Jess and Ayo made the final of Love Island this series, after he recoupled with her after Casa Amor. They left the show together, but now after three months it’s looking as though there could be trouble in paradise.

It’s not even clear if the couple ever made things completely official, but now people have claimed Jess cheated on Ayo, and she’s snapped back at the claims – obviously calling them rubbish.

On Snapchat, Jess got a message from someone which said: “Cheater, you don’t deserve Ayo.” She replied to the comment, and said: “These apps are full of absolute idiots. Where do you get your information from?”

Jess is clearly saying she didn’t cheat on Ayo then, but it’s still not looking good for the couple, who haven’t posted together in months. People have also noted that in recent weeks, Ayo has stopped liking any of Jess’ posts. Ouch.

This comes just weeks after Ayo had to snap back at rumours about himself – his being that he had a girlfriend the whole time he was on Love Island 2024. The conversation started when a TikTok video was posted, which said: “Jump in the pool fully clothed or admit your boyfriend went onto Love Island and came fourth.” The captioned added: “Without telling you too.”

Ayo then told Closer: “I don’t have a girlfriend. I didn’t have a girlfriend when I was [in the villa], before, after. Not yet, I should say.” Turning to Jess, he added: “This will be my girlfriend. I don’t have a girl. This is my girl.” Awkward that he never followed through on this, and now it looks like he and Jess have broken up.

If they have split up, it will only be Nicole and Ciaran and Uma and Wil who are still together from Love Island 2024. Now that’s a sentence I didn’t expect to be saying!
