Nick reveals real reason he didn’t talk intimacy with Hannah on camera during Love Is Blind
‘Now I’ve learned it’s ok to be vulnerable’
Love Is Blind season seven cast member Nick Dorka has spoken out about his decision to not talk about sex and intimacy with his partner Hannah whilst being filmed for the show. Hannah and Nick, after a lot of drama elsewhere, got engaged in the pods, and were one of the couples who then headed on the retreat to Mexico.
Upon arrival in Cabo, Nick made it clear he wouldn’t want to discuss “crazy shit” that happened in the bedroom with Hannah, as he had a “brand at home” to protect.
Speaking to E! News, Nick has since opened up about that decision, and why he made it. “It’s not that, it was a little uncomfortable for me,” he admitted. “I never really talked about those things, not with my family, my friends, and so it wasn’t comfortable for me.”

He went on to explain his change of heart, and added: “Once I kind of took that wall down, just accepted it, you know, it was easy to talk about. But just in the moment, I just never really talked about those things.”
He said that the situation of the experiment helped him to be vulnerable and open up in ways he wouldn’t have thought to previously. “Now I’ve learned, ‘Hey, it’s okay to talk about those things,’” he continued, “to be okay, to be vulnerable.”

He was asked by the publication if he had any regrets about how he handled things, and if he and Hannah were on the same page. Nick said: “Hannah was kind of on the same page as me for a little bit, she was kind of nervous talking about it. But then we had a conversation like, ‘We’re on this thing. Let’s give it our all.’”
Hannah and Nick got engaged on the show after she previously explored a connection with Leo. Hannah then decided she wanted to pursue Nick, and broke things off with Leo. However, Leo didn’t exactly take this well and flew off the handle with her, a moment he has since said he “could have done anything any different” in.
