Selling Sunset’s Christine Quinn and her tech millionaire husband are getting a divorce

Selling Sunset star Christine Quinn and her husband Christian Dumontet are getting a divorce, it’s been reported.

This news comes just weeks after there was a reported domestic incident at their house and Christian was said to have been arrested twice for violating temporary restraining orders.

It is Christian who TMZ has said filed for the divorce, and in documents obtained by the publication it has been claimed he cited irreconcilable differences at the Superior Court of California on Friday April 5th.

PEOPLE Magazine has reported Christian is asking a judge terminate the court’s ability to award support to Christine, as well as separate their property and assets. He is also said to be requesting legal custody of their only child, Christian George. However, Chrstian did state that he would allow Christine visitation rights.

The couple married in December 2019 and welcomed a child together, their son – also called Christian – who was born in May 2021.

Christine’s husband Christian is estimated to be worth around $20million, having made his millions as a tech entrepreneur. He had a very successful career in software engineering, and helped to create one of the first online food delivery companies. He was able to retire aged 38 because of his success.

Following the domestic incident at their home last month, Christian was charged with assault with a “deadly weapon,” according to a statement from law enforcement. He was then arrested for a second time, and Christine requested a restraining order.

Her temporary restraining order for “domestic violence prevention” was approved and stated that Christian had to vacate their home where the alleged incident took place. He must also not come within 100 yards of her, her home, her vehicle, her job, or their child’s “school or childcare.”
