From Love Island to Celebrity Big Brother: Ranking all of Ekin-Su’s TV appearances

Since Ekin-Su won Love Island in 2022, she has barely been back to her house for a kip. That girly has been on every reality show under the sun, and you can’t really blame casting for hankering after her when she proved in the villa what TV gold she is. Since her run on the show, Ekin-Su has done a fair few of the biggest shows in reality telly – and with public favour kinda turning against her due to how she’s coming across in the Celebrity Big Brother house here are all her big telly show appearances ranked from worst to best.

4. Dancing on Ice

A very boring show. This one is just not really the fault of Ekin-Su, more the fault of no one under the age of 50 tuning into this nonsense.

3. Celebrity Big Brother

Uh oh. Something about Ekin-Su on Celebrity Big Brother is just not hitting at all. She feels nothing like the girl we know and love from Love Island. She comes across as really stiff upper lipped, and the bizarre comments about people who do Only Fans and the serious arse licking of Louis and Sharon just makes her come across unlikeable. Boos loom when she’s up for eviction. It’s a shame. She did at LEAST say to Kate Middleton’s uncle Gary Goldsmith “Can I just ask you something? Where’s Kate?”

2. The Traitors US

Ekin-Su stateside, well, via Scotland. She was hobnobbing around that castle with Real Housewives royalty and John Bercow for christ’s sake, and she was great. If you haven’t watched it, spoiler alert – but she literally is the star of the Diane-style coffin murder and it’s the iconic end she deserved. We also got the timeless “not Ekin-Su, not Ekin-Su” video from this appearance so of course it’s ranked second.

1. Love Island

How can the one that started it all not take the top spot? Ekin-Su is my favourite Love Islander of all time, because she is like no other. High drama, high camp – ready for drama but with a good heart. Perfect balance of cringe and glamour. She was hilarious the whole time. The crawl on the terrace was legendary and underrated classic moment when she sang happy birthday to the baby dolls with full pipes. If only she could have been this legendary on Big Brother. I would die happy.
