Whilst it’s been less than a year since we last saw some of the Love Island All: Stars original promo pics, looking at you Mitch, for others, it’s been almost ten years. From tattoos to hairstyles, fillers and botox the cast of Love Island: All Stars has certainly changed a lot since they appeared in their original season.
