Before the Netflix spotlight and Palm Beach glamour, these ladies were busy building careers, raising families, and hustling behind the scenes.
From modelling and music to real estate power moves and full-time mom life, their pre-fame résumés are more impressive than you might expect.
We took a deep dive into their pasts to uncover what Rosalyn, Maria, Ro-mina, Hilary and Taja were really doing before reality TV came calling… and trust us, some of it is actually hard to believe…

One of the more surprising past careers of the Members Only: Palm Beach cast is Rosalyn’s.
She used to work as a dance fitness instructor before rising through the Palm Beach ranks and later finding Netflix stardom.
Taking to a Q&A on her Instagram Stories this January, Rosalyn said:
“I taught dance fitness and Zumba in the very beginning. I was certified, and I taught that, but then I made up my own dances, and my style was more of a mix of Hip Hop and rap music, and it was so much fun. But, I do not plan on teaching, and I haven’t taught in seven years.”
Maria

If anyone was going to serve us a surprise in the past career department, we surely could’ve banked on it being Maria.
She’s literally being her authentic self on IG these days, and it’s super refreshing for a reality star.
Throwing it back some years, and Maria was a published author under the name Marie Isabelle. She was also a relationship coach before changing lanes to the world of DJ-ing.
She explained how her husband, Damon, inspired her to get into music, and she actually took lessons from him when she first got started.

One thing we know about Ro-mina is that she’s a woman who stops at nothing to get what she wants.

All the while, she’s been raising her young family and developing her own fashion brand, Romi Runway.
Ro-mina was modelling, singing, and interior designing long before Members Only came along.

Hilary is the straight-talking, pink hard hat-wearing force to be reckoned with of the group.
It’s no secret that Hilary is a boss, and she’s got the realty portfolio to prove it.
According to her LinkedIn page, she’s been in her line of work for almost 30 years. But, prior to that, she’s listed as working as CEO for a company called Megasystems.

These days, we see Taja making a name for herself in the wellness space.
But, throwing it back a few years and it appears that she was totally focused on mom life.
She’s been returning to Palm Beach the past six seasons, and her life partner is ex baseball player David Cone. When it comes to opting for a regular job back in the day, Taja might’ve had one, but she’s not leaving traces of it online!
