Hilary Musser is the extravagant real estate agent on Members Only: Palm Beach, the latest reality show on Netflix, and she’s made some serious millions. She’s currently living in a $40 million mansion after spending 22 seasons living in the luxurious area of the USA.
She’s self-made and works as a real estate developer, but what’s her secret? Well, she works 18 hours a day. She said, “Nothing is handed to me.” Hilary lives in a $40 million mansion in West Palm Beach, and she’s building an 18,000-square-foot waterfront home to sell.
Although she claims no man guides her life, Hilary was married to Pete Busser, who is the founder of Safeguard Scientifics. He is known for becoming a “paper billionaire” during the dot-com boom, and recounted that his net worth at the time he met Hilary was $70 million.

Hilary owns Chester County farm, and did so when she was married to Pete. After they split, Hilary moved to a $6 million Mediterranean villa in Palm Beach, while he wound up in an office off Route 202, as he claimed to Philadelphia Magazine.
Pete made his millions in the 1980s with computer manufacturer Novell, which went from $2.50 to $500 a share in less than a decade, making him rich. She told Philadelphia Magazine: “Everybody thought I was some young girl fascinated by his money, but I fell in love.”

In the early 1990s, Hilary founded a Safeguard education-marketing company. She was criticised for involving Safeguard in funding an IMAX-like movie business, MegaSystems. The business, now ceased, later defaulted on a $2.1 million Safeguard loan made in 1998.
She revealed she married him a month after his financial troubles began, but in April 2005, they separated. That’s when Hilary left town, her son in tow, to begin a new life in Palm Beach, where her total value of closed sales is believed to be $61.7 million.
