You won’t believe how much Jimmy and Chelsea have changed after Love Is Blind
They're both completely unrecognisable
If you’ve scrolled past Jimmy Presnell or Chelsea Blackwell lately and had to double-tap the username to check it was actually them… same.
Since season six wrapped, these two have basically treated their bodies like long-term renovation projects, new hairlines, new silhouettes, and a whole lot of wellness chat in between.
But it’s not just random tweaking.
Both Jimmy and Chelsea have been super open about what they’ve changed, why they did it, and how much it really costs to glow up after reality TV. Let’s get into the receipts, the surgery, and the side of self-love behind the headlines.
Jimmy has spent around $11,000 on his transformation

Jimmy’s biggest change is literally on top of his head. He revealed he had a hair transplant at Solve Clinics in Chicago, opting for just over 2,000 to 2,200 grafts at about $5 each, which comes out to roughly $10,000 to $11,000 for the procedure alone, per People.
He’s also been getting PRP (platelet-rich plasma) sessions to support growth, which he says run about $400 to $600 a pop, so the real total is comfortably over that $11k headline figure once you factor in follow-ups, reports The Sun.
On top of the transplant, Jimmy’s physique has changed a ton.
He’s dropped around 30 pounds, going from about 207 lbs to 178 lbs through a calorie deficit and working out, per People. And now he’s constantly posting shirtless gym and vacation pics that have folks saying they barely recognise him.
There’s also been speculation that he’s had veneers. One dental expert quoted about his makeover suggested his teeth look like natural-style veneers, but Jimmy hasn’t actually confirmed that himself, so that part is still in the “maybe” category.
Between the hair, the weight loss and the whitening or possible veneers, his overall vibe has shifted from ‘cute IT guy’ to full fitness-influencer energy.
We love that he’s also been using his TikTok to walk people through the process instead of pretending he just woke up like this.
Chelsea has been transparent about work she’s opted for

Chelsea, meanwhile, has basically made ‘radical honesty’ her brand.
She’s openly shared that she’s had breast augmentation and a tummy tuck, calling the surgeries a “motivational kickstart” alongside her wider health journey rather than pretending it was all green juice and willpower, per People.
She’s talked about why she chose the tummy tuck in particular, saying she’d been struggling with her body after years of weight fluctuation and wanted to feel more comfortable in her skin.
She also promised in an interview with E! that she’ll never lie about cosmetic work or hide what she’s had done, because she knows so many people watching her feel the same way about their bodies.
On the weight-loss side, Chelsea has been really open that medication was part of the picture.
She’s said she lost over 30 pounds using a GLP-1 injectable, which is like Ozempic, combined with a structured nutrition plan, walking, and lifestyle changes, and that she actually feels healthier and happier now than she did before.
She’s previously shared that walking about 45 minutes a day, upping her water, and focusing on protein were big parts of her routine even before the injectable phase.
Of course, being a woman on the internet, she got dragged both when she was bigger and when she lost weight, but Chelsea’s clapped back, saying she’s “damned if you do, damned if you don’t” in a People interview, and added that at the end of the day, it’s her body and her choice.
She’s leaned into total transparency, posting before-and-afters, talking about side effects, and addressing rumours like insisting she didn’t get her chin shaved, even when people swore she did, per People.
