Miranda just revealed who the mole on Mormon Wives was after being made a ‘scapegoat’
She's confirmed all the drama was real
Miranda Hope has finally broken her silence on one of Secret Lives of Mormon Wives’ most confusing storylines.
There was a mysterious mole who reportedly leaked Jessi Ngatikaura’s affair drama back to ex-MomTok bestie Demi Engemann during season three.
For two seasons, the show teased whispers of a traitor in the group, pointed fingers at Miranda, then kind of… moved on without ever really answering who actually spilled the tea.
Now, in a new interview, Miranda is clearing up how real the storyline was.

To back up a bit, the MomTok universe already came with built-in mess thanks to the original soft swinging scandal that turned Taylor Frankie Paul and her Utah friend group into viral TikTok figures and then full-time reality TV stars on Secret Lives of Mormon Wives.
By the time season three rolls around, the focus shifts to a new bombshell. The spotlight is on the fallout from Jessi’s emotional affair with Vanderpump Villa alum Marciano Brunette, which the show finally unpacks in detail.
Jessi admits there was kissing and an emotional connection while she was separated from husband Jordan, but she continues to deny that things went further despite Marciano’s claims, per Cosmopolitan.
Here is where the supposed mole comes in. Demi had been iced out of MomTok and was meant to be on a communication freeze with most of the women, yet somehow she still heard about Jessi’s situation.
On camera, the group spirals trying to work out who had been secretly updating her. Miranda, who joined the show later and still maintained friendships with Demi and Whitney Leavitt, quickly became an easy scapegoat, per Elite Daily.
Miranda finally spoke out on who it was

In her Elite Daily interview, Miranda makes two things very clear.
Firstly, the mole storyline was not manufactured for TV, and second, she does not think there was one single guilty party. She confirms the drama “was very much real,” explaining that the chaos started when Demi learned about Jessi’s affair despite everyone insisting they had cut contact with her.
Miranda says the theory that she was the leak never really added up, mostly because she was not even aware of Jessi’s situation at the time it was unfolding.
Instead of pinning the blame on one woman, she points to how information naturally floats around in a tight, chatty circle.
As she puts it, big secrets are almost impossible to keep when there is “circulating talk within the group,” and she believes the story reached Demi through that general swirl of conversations rather than one deliberate informant.
She also opens up about how isolating it felt to be treated like a potential traitor while trying to break into MomTok. Even after the mole drama had technically blown over, Miranda says she was “at her wits’ end” with how long it took for the other women to fully embrace her.
Only after filming wrapped did she finally feel like an official insider, saying she now feels accepted and supported by the group.
