Lucinda slams Love Island Games producers for being ‘edited as rivals’ with co-star
People are still mad about her behaviour
Lucinda may have won that $250K on Love Island Games, but that hasn’t stopped her from calling out producers over what she claims made her look like she disliked one co-star. On the show, it looked like Lucinda and Garbi kept arguing, but she’s now speaking out.
Even though Garbi didn’t appear to stand behind Lucinda to save her, and Lucinda claiming Garbi was “attacking” her in another episode, Lucinda has now said that they were “edited to be rivals but this was us everyday in the villa,” which showed them singing and hugging.
Garbi has equally made a friendship video featuring Lucinda, Andrea and Sydney, but loads of people are now begging her to watch the show back and see whether she’ll still have the same loyalties towards Lucinda, as they think she often spoke about Garbi.

Basically, Lucinda criticised the way Garbi appeared to betray their team in a bird-feeding challenge on Love Island Games, while some viewers questioned how genuine Garbi was being towards Lucinda. Another time was when Garbi made Isaiah’s heart rate raise the most.
At one point, Kendall Washington argued with Garbi over the Lucinda drama. He told Blavity: “I know who Lucinda was as a person on the outside, and so that’s why I had a lot of, I put a lot more weight into what she would tell me.”
“So I really made me question things when she was telling me all these different things about Garbi. And it’s putting doubt in my head. The reason why Garbi and I had that fight was because I brought it up again after Lucinda brought me aside,” he added.
Garbi and Lucinda immediately touched down at their destination, went for dinner, and then out clubbing with their co-stars. Unfortunately, Garbi was eliminated just two days before Lucinda, and some people are arguing she’d have won for popularity.
