Sophie didn’t exactly make the best impression on Love Is Blind UK, and things only got worse after the whole photo booth drama, but what’s she been up to since leaving the show?
Well, considering the show was filmed over one year ago, she’s certainly been up to a lot so let’s have a look and everything that’s been going on with her.
Celebrated her 29th birthday
Sophie celebrated her 29th birthday just before Christmas, meaning she’ll be turning 30 in just a couple of months. It looked like a very fun evening, and as ever her outfit choice was absolutely spot on.
She got a puppy called Truffle
Now, that’s one of the best Christmas gifts you could possibly get.
Getting her bag with some major collaborations
Alongside being invited to a lot of boujee brand events and doing Instagram collaborations, Sophie announced earlier this year that she was officially collaborating with Samsung and Manchester Running Club. No biggie.
The partnership involved her testing out the Samsung Galaxy Watch7 and Galaxy Ring for a few weeks, and get that tech bag girly.
She’s been visiting seemingly every corner of the planet
I absolutely love this for Sophie, because based on her Instagram feed she’s been holidaying hard after Love Is Blind UK.
Since the show wrapped she’s visited Rome, Dubai, Prague, Marrakech, Crete and the Dominican Republic. That’s a lot of places for just one year!
And has been open about feeling ‘misunderstood’ whilst on the show
Sophie has also been opening about how she came across on Love Is Blind UK, saying that people “didn’t see” how funny she is.
She told Tudum: “I’m so quick-witted but I’m also very blunt, so a lot of the time I’m joking and people think I’m dead serious.
“I was so serious about finding my husband that I had a checklist and I just knew the men in there weren’t that, so I clocked out.”
She added: “If anything, I hope that I am the poster child for people to know it’s OK to walk away from things that don’t serve you, but equally if people change, it’s OK to give them another chance.”
