Disagreement between Netflix real estate rivals erupts over Kanye West’s mansion
The drama all stems from the sale of the property
There’s some serious drama reportedly going down between Jason Oppenheim from Selling Sunset and Mauricio Umanksy, who is the CEO of The Agency and appears on Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
The cause of their tension? Well, rather randomly it’s apparently an issue with commission regarding the $30 million sale of Kanye West’s former mansion in Malibu.

Right, so what exactly is going on? Well the reported dispute also involved luxury realtor Amanda Lynn who also appeared in season eight of Selling Sunset.
According to real estate developer Bo Belmont, the sale was cancelled last week, as he claimed to the Daily Mail.
A source close to Selling Sunset star Amanda reportedly claims that the broker had an exclusive listing for the property and were the ones who introduced the buyer to Bo, who accepted a $30 million offer.
Bo then claimed that after four extensions and months of delays, that the buyer wasn’t able to produce the funds and so the sale was cancelled.
He alleged: “He was an under qualified buyer, and after delay after delay, we were looking to close end of July but he could not come up with the money.”

The developer says he offered Amanda a one per cent commission if she was able to find an off-market buyer without officially listing the property.
However, the source close to Amanda claims that she thought she was earning three per cent commission but felt “pressured” to reduce it.
The source also alleges that Amanda has discovered that Bo had also signed a separate agreement with Mauricio Umanksy and Selling Sunset star Jason Oppenheim months before in February.
The source continued: “Amanda was pressured by Bo, Jason and Maurico to reduce her seller commission from three per cent down to just one percent, in order to pay Mauricio and Jason their commission.”

However, Bo doesn’t believe that she didn’t know about the commission and says the previous three per cent commission was from a voided contract from when he was planning on listing the home at a higher price.
He claims: “Amanda knew they were my listing agents the entire time. They all agreed to the one percent commission.
“I said you can put it on social media at 30 million and if you find a buyer I’ll give you one per cent commission. And by the way I have a listing agreement with Jason and Mauricio.”

As the sale hadn’t moved forward, Maurico and and Jason reportedly agreed to co-list the property, meaning they became the official sellers of the property alongside Amanda, which they say allowed them to earn their own commission from separate contracts.
Bo explained: “Jason and Mauricio were always getting the three per cent commission and splitting it. Amanda was always, and agreed to, getting one per cent.”
However, he added that there will now be no commission for any of the sellers as the property has been pulled off the market by Bo.
