Bob The Drag Queen just threw MAJOR shade at Drag Race’s rival show, and he’s salty
'It's just too much for me'
Bob The Drag Queen isn’t one to stay silent on his true opinion, and when it came to discussing Drag Race‘s rival show, King of Drag, it was no different. Basically, he’s mad about the amount of trauma dumping happening on the series, and is throwing serious shade.
He said how the show just is not on the same level as Drag Race because he’s “so used to the ribbing and the shade and the confessional ‘your dress is hideous'” before recalling the recent episode where they were confronting their fears on King of Drag.
“It was 30 minutes of non-stop trauma. It was like, ‘I almost killed myself, my family abused me,’ My god, I needed to mentally prepare. I’m used to seeing one is Brat summer, then the next someone is puking to show they’ve overcome their eating disorder,” Bob said.

He continued: “It was non-stop every number and I was like, ‘Oh my god, I need a break from Kings of Drag.’ I’m sure the next episode was light and fluffy again but I was like, whew. To be clear, the crunch didn’t bother me, the trauma dumping was too much for me.”
During King of Drag episode three, there were trigger warnings at the beginning, and it certainly earned them. Pressure K came out on the runway in a coat with evil words. He then threw off the coat and breaks off the chain around his neck.
Earlier in the episode, he talks about being forced into femininity as a kid and the connection between that and using less makeup in his drag. Now, a lot of people are taking what Bob The Drag Queen said the wrong way, and slamming his opinion on trauma dumping.
