Relationship expert Anna Williamson reveals how OnlyFans can affect someone’s dating life
There's been a huge rise in people using the platform
OnlyFans has been the rising video subscription platform that everyone’s talking about, especially with influencers like Annie Wright and Bonnie Blue becoming more popular. Now, relationship expert Anna Williamson is exclusively talking about how it impacts dating.
Having coached people on their dating journeys, including on Celebs Go Dating, she’s seen her fair share of dates-gone-wrong, and ones that have blissfully turned into relationships. This season, she guided Kerry Katona, who makes tens of thousands on OnlyFans.
So when we asked Anna what she thinks about how OnlyFans impacts dating in today’s modern world, she said that while we’re “progressing and evolving” and “becoming more liberal” as a society, “It all comes down to choice.”
Anna, who is a mother and wife, told Reality Shrine: “What is brilliant is we do have an ever-expanding spectrum of how people can express themselves with their bodies. I am fully behind anybody that wants to be authentic and represent themselves.”
“People nowadays are very much in a space of self-empowerment and self-worth, and being unapologetically you. My phrase is, ‘You do you,’ and you will attract the right partner that fully respects and appreciates you and your choices,” Anna added.
She shared her top red flags when it comes to dating, and that’s speaking badly about an ex, and being rude to other people. She said: “Look at how someone treats someone else, how they speak to waiting staff and taxi drivers, that’s a big indication of how they show up.”
What Anna feels proud about with Celebs Go Dating is that they as dating agents “really do care and want to make a difference in people’s lives.” She said, “It makes everything we do in real life even more worth it, it’s the integrity we hold high. We aren’t actors.”
