Kordell Beckham spills some hot tea
Love Island USA season six winner Kordell Beckham has spoken – and we’re listening.
As he appears back on our screens for the all-new episodes of Beyond The Villa, Kordell dishes on what his casting process heading into Love Island USA was really like.
He said that production reached out a total of three times before he agreed to go on the show.
Kordell explained: “The first time I was a little bit too young, the second time I was actually still in a relationship and in college.”
Third time around, Kordell said his ex had broken up with him, and it ended up being “perfect timing.”
He added how, at the time, he was working at a Cadillac dealership as well as an aircraft fueler. Now he’s landing huge brand deals!
Kordell dishes on 1500-question psych test
During another part of Jason Tartick’s Trading Secrets podcast, Kordell explained that he had to endure a pretty long-winded part of the casting process before being allowed on the show.
When asked if there was a part of the casting process that seemed “crazy” to him, Kordell revealed that he had to answer “960-something” questions in a psych test.
“Then there was an additional 600 questions… with the psych person there, watching.”
He added that it took around five hours to complete and also came with some follow-up questions!?
Bombshell also spills some tea on the casting process
Andreina Santos also revealed some details about her casting process to get on Love Island USA in season seven.
The reality TV star revealed she stayed in a hotel in Fiji for two weeks before she went into the villa.
The whole process sounded like a huge drag as she explained she had “no phone” for that time.
“The first week I was fine,” she explained, adding how she was “chilling with her colouring books.”
But, “when it hit two weeks,” she said she wanted to leave and told production: “If I’m not the next bombshell, I’m going home…”
She doubled down on her threat to leave and said:
“I’m 100 per cent going home if I’m not the next bombshell. I was the next bombshell, so everything happened for a reason…”
In the end, she said her entrance was “perfect.”
