Chelley’s social manager clears up all the Love Island USA rumours they ‘bought’ followers
It's all kicking off and the Islanders have no idea
There’s loads of off-screen drama happening between Love Island USA viewers and their group chats, based on this idea they’re buying followers for the contestants. People noticed how stars such as Chelley’s follower count was increasing by thousands in just 24 hours.
What are the rumours about buying followers for Love Island USA stars?
Basically, a load of group chats saw people claim they were planning to buy some Love Island USA star’s Instagram accounts followers, which mostly included Huda and Chelley stans, as well as group chats purely decided to Olandria.
It’s actually perfectly legal to buy followers on Instagram, but unconfirmed rumours spread that Huda stans are buying followers for Chelley so that when people notice Chelley is gaining a ton so quickly, they can blame her handler, according to a Reddit user.
The speculation comes as Cierra started to dramatically lose 70K followers in under 24 hours after she was discovered to have used a racial slur in an old photo. So the social media handlers are all just fighting over who has the most followers by the end of season seven.
