Love Island USA’s Vanna had quite a transformation, here’s what she looked like before filler
She first got cosmetic surgery when she was just 16
Love Island USA cast member Vanna has been at the centre point for conversations regarding filler, with many viewers having very strong opinions as regarding the work the 21 year old has had done.
Judged from pictures from her High School yearbook, alongside earlier TikTok videos, it seems as though Vanna had already had lip filler by the time she was 16, if not some other cosmetic surgery as well.
However, pictures from her yearbook over the years show us what Vanna looked like before Love Island USA, and she’s had quite the transformation!

From her very first video on TikTok, it looks like by the time she was 16 she’d already had some filler, although it looks like it’s only in her lips.

Vanna has been getting some very harsh criticism over her fillers, with influencer Kate Cassidy coming to her defence.
Kate defended her in a TikTok video, explaining how Vanna is getting “ripped to shreds”, slamming the hate as “insane, mean and hurtful.”
She explained: “I don’t even watch Love Island. This beautiful girl who goes into the villa, I guess, Vanna, she is so pretty, she’s so young. She’s being ripped to shreds on TikTok, on the internet. It is insane, and it is so mean and hurtful.”
She continued: Could you imagine not having your phone, going into a villa, whatever, being all excited to meet all these new people, you come out, you get your phone back and you’re just scrolling and it’s literally just degrading, mean s**t?”
Vanna’s aunt has also spoken out in defence of her niece, saying: “I know that a certain look isn’t for everybody. Look at Dolly Parton, her look was for no-one in her time, she’s so ahead of her time.
“Dolly didn’t care, she had a vision and a dream, and look at her now, she’s a superstar and didn’t care what anyone else thinks.”
