It’s been a while since we’ve seen the Selling Sunset cast on our screens. As things were left, Chelsea Lazkani was going through some major life changes as her marriage came to an end in 2024. She filed for divorce in the March and became legally single by December. Now, she seems to be in a new era, thriving as a food content creator. But, Chelsea is having to defend herself at some vile body-shamers online – and now she’s clapping back.
Chelsea Lazkani claps back at body shamers
Last year, life looked to have been turbulent for Selling Sunset‘s Chelsea.
Some of her personal drama played out during season eight scenes. But now she appears to be in a totally new era.
She’s “eating good,” according to her Instagram posts, and she’s sharing her kitchen skills and favourite dishes with the world.
As Chelsea shares her life via social media, she’s getting a lot of comments coming her way in regard to her looks.
Vile trolls and body shamers take to the comments about her appearance, but she has a clear message for them.
She wrote in one Instagram post: “Stop patrolling women’s bodies, I’m just eating GOOD. What should I cook next??”
And, on X she also said: “‘Chelsea you look so different’ – yeah I was 100lb looking malnourished before xx.”
More tweets from the Selling Sunset star see her set the record straight when it comes to surgery rumours that are circulating.
She wrote: “I never touched my face!!! Please stop this, I added weight, stopped wearing heavy makeup, eyeshadow and lashes. If you don’t like my natural face, just say that.”
“All this what did you do to your face nonsense… always had almond eyes, a tiny nose and full lips. I was just 40 pounds skinnier looking like a skeleton,” she wrote in another tweet.
According to US Weekly, in a now-deleted X post, Chelsea also shared an old snap of herself and said: “…that was an unhappy, unhealthy person.”
Selling Sunset’s Chelsea is now a food content creator
When Chelsea isn’t having to defend herself in the comments of her social media posts, it looks like she’s found her true passion in food content creation.
The Selling Sunset star is making everything from Taiwanese fried chicken to Suya seasoned beef on her TikTok page.
She’s still sharing her same super fashionable looks to the ‘gram, and hanging out with her Selling Sunset pals, including Chrishell Stause and Emma Hernan.
Chelsea took to TikTok in February to say how it felt great “loving herself again.”
The Netflix show cast member said: “Going from a point in your life where you didn’t love yourself to loving yourself again? One hundred out of 10 feeling.”
