Hulu hasn’t publicly revealed the cast’s salaries just yet.
But, by taking a look at how much similar reality series are paying their cast members offers some perspective.
For instance, Distractify reports that during the first season of The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City, cast members reportedly earned around $2,000 per episode .
Given that The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives features influencers rather than established reality TV personalities, it’s plausible that their per-episode earnings are in a similar range, possibly totalling around $16,000 for an eight-episode season.
The outlet estimates the Secret Lives of Mormon Wives cast would get paid “around $16,000 each for the entire eight-episode first season.”
The ladies aren’t shy when it comes to finances
As we all know, outside of filming, the ladies are busy working around the clock to make all kinds of social media content.
They’re all still taking TikTok by storm and pretty much all because of #MokTok!
As well as potentially earning a fair amount from seasons one and two of their Hulu show, the Secret Lives of Mormon Wives stars are apparently raking it in with some brand collaborations.
Mayci Neeley and Whitney Leavitt both divulged how they cashed in on $75k for one deal, and some of the other high-paying partnerships have earned them around $20k at a time.
Although it’s doubtful any of the cast members are strapped for cash, they had some disputes when it came to the season two contracts.
On the show, the disagreements were discussed and Demi said that Jessi is a top earner out of her co-stars.
