JoJo bravely asked her stressed teacher if she knows the order of the solos, which led to the memorable time Abbey shouted back: “JoJo, have you learned nothing?!” At the time, Abbey was in mid-conversation with another mother, and wanted JoJo to say, “Excuse me,” when two adults were speaking. JoJo has since admitted at the reunion that the clip “follows her everywhere”.

JoJo was 11 years old when she got her first solo win on Dance Moms. During season five episode 13, JoJo beat Kenzie Ziegler with her solo number called Fancy. This was her first win and, she beat an OG. During the same episode, JoJo was called in as a substitute for Maddie, who was heading to Los Angeles for an exciting dance opportunity.
She finally received her jacket
During season five, JoJo received her official Abby Lee Dance Company jacket, after being a guest dancer for several episodes. Because of her dedication and talent, Abby wanted to reward her for her efforts, and in a way, apologize for how hard she was on JoJo in the run-up to the gift being given to her. The kind gesture had JoJo in tears!
She dropped out of her ballet duet
JoJo dropped out of her ballet duet and quit Dance Moms. During season six, she wasn’t feeling confident about the shared performance with Kendall and refused to perform it to her fellow dance girlies, but it wasn’t the actual reason for her leaving the show. She basically was offered a contract with Nickelodeon and swiftly took it. Now, she’s making moves on Celebrity Big Brother!
