I’m sorry, but the newest update surrounding Grant and Ashley after Temptation Island has me genuinely banging my head against the wall.
But, before we delve into the newest gossip about this controversial couple let’s have a quick recap about what actually went down between them on the show.
So, Grant and Ashley came into Temptation Island as a couple, but he soon started flirting with Natalie and eventually, the pair ended up sleeping together.
Ashley started getting close to Danny, and whilst those two left Temptation Island together, Grant ended up leaving the show alone.
However, once filming for the show ended, Natalie revealed she and Grant started dating, telling Tudum: “He chased me down in the airport and made it this whole extravagant thing — which I’m sure you can picture from Grant — and was like, ‘I want to dive into this with you. Let’s be exclusive.’”
But their relationship didn’t last long as Grant actually ended up rekindling with Ashley, with Natalie revealing: “He ended up getting back together with Ashley, which I was honestly kind of expecting just because he is so back and forth.”
Ashley admitted: “He cheated on Natalie with me. I just ran into him out at the bar literally next to my house. He told me that he had been going out to all the places trying to run into me.”
She continued: That was a sh*t show. There just really wasn’t any coming back from everything that happened. I just couldn’t let it go, and I was never going to believe or trust that he really was going to change.”
However, it turns out Ashley and Grant were actually together for six months after splitting up on the show, and not only that, but he also revealed to TMZ that he actually bought an engagement ring to propose to Ashley. Yes, this all sounds so healthy…
Ultimately, Grant decided not to pop the question to Ashley, claiming she didn’t treat him with respect and wasn’t “soft” with him. He claims these qualities in her forced him to cheat on her during the show, and just wow.
