Taylor Frankie Paul hit with drama as she claims former friend’s ex ‘confessed feelings for her’
Taylor Frankie Paul, who is known for starring on The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives, is claiming her best friend, Miranda’s, ex-husband, Chase, confessed his feelings for her, and she’s sharing receipts.
The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives followed the crazy everyday antics of Taylor Frankie Paul and her co-stars. She’s confirmed the release date of May 25 for a new season – and shared drama to go with it.

Taylor Frankie Paul was involved in a swinging group
Taylor Frankie Paul has admitted she was part of a soft swinging group, which became a scandal on The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives. Involved in that group were Chase and Miranda McWhorter.
She announced she’d broken up with her partner, Dakota Mortensen, in September, and confessed two years ago that she was soft swinging with other Mormon mothers in the MomTok community on TikTok.
TikTok star Chase McWhorter says swinging was a “snowball effect” and told US Weekly they innocently started during the pandemic. He also kept denying it but confessed once he left the Mormon church.
He admitted he and Miranda were “there participating in the party games,” but insisted, “It was never predetermined we were going to be swinging. It was a little bit misrepresented in Taylor’s story.”
She claims her old friend’s ex has feelings for her
Chase McWhorter claims “Taylor initiated everything,” but she alleges he confessed his feelings for her at the gym. Chase was previously married to Taylor’s bestie, Miranda McWhorter, who he is divorced from.
Miranda, Taylor and Camille were the original three to be offered a place on The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives, but Miranda didn’t take up the offer and said no to going on the Hulu show.
At the same time as confirming the series comes back on May 25, she’s been sharing wild text receipts with Chase. It’s one word against another at the moment, but they’re both posting evidence.
Mormon Wives star shares text messages
Taylor has shared text messages with Chase, in which he apologises and tells her he “shouldn’t have pushed her to have too many” and “feels bad,” adding that he “hopes she feels okay tomorrow.”
When he asked if she’s alive, she responded, “Barely! How are you feeling?” to which he told her she “had a lot so wanted to check in.” Taylor has since said “he’s lucky he kept the actual confession in person.”
She also shared texts of Chase saying she “can’t tell people,” but that he has a secret, in which she promises not to, along with a message saying, “I wanted to make sure, and uhh lots of stuff.”
He adds, “Need to chat sometime though if possible. Didn’t really know the best way to go about it so sorry if it’s out the blue.” Chase has since shared his own message exchange with Taylor.
