Spencer and Heidi feel shocked paparazzi are following them as they admit to an old habit
Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag are in shock that paparazzi are genuinely snapping pics of them. After losing their home in the Palisades fires, they’ve now come back into the limelight.
MTV‘s former The Hills cast members Spencer and Heidi waved goodbye to their fame-filled world when they left the show behind. However, there’s a habit that came with no longer being reality TV stars.
Spencer and Heidi are making a comeback
Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag first rose to fame on MTV’s The Hills many moons ago. They tend to keep their family life away from TV screens – until they lost their home in the Palisades fire.
The former reality stars have since been speaking out on losing theirs and Spencer’s family home he grew up in, while they try to rebuild their lives. Spencer has been the talk of pretty much the entirety of TikTok.
He’s helped get his wife’s old song, I’ll Do It, from 15 years ago, up to number 1 on iTunes, thanks to the help of supportive followers. It’s one of several ways Spencer is aiming to make money after the loss.
They admit to calling the paparazzi
In the past, Spencer has called the paparazzi up. He admitted the habit in a jokey comment he wrote underneath pap photos on Instagram, saying, “Does this mean we are famous?”
He said it’s the “first time we didn’t call the paps in our life” as they soar back up to the public eye on social media. And it’s only going to help them, as they’re currently trying to set up a TV deal.
Amid the loss of their home, Spencer has said, “I keep telling myself possessions don’t define my existence but it’s hard to accept,” adding that their son’s bed burned in the shape of a heart.
