Bikini season may be over but Kim Kardashian proves she’s training in the gym year-round this October. The mom of four takes to social media to share just how hardcore her workouts are getting. Kim calls her personal trainer “evil,” as she’s put through her paces.
The Kar-Jenners’ figures have had fans in awe for years. The family essentially defines the word ‘hourglass’ these days and people are always dying to get their hands on the latest workout regime, snack idea, or salad dressing secret the ladies are following. Some of Kim Kardashian‘s fans might be deterred from following in her footsteps this fall, however. She says she’s “going to throw up” during her workout via Instagram Stories.
Kim ‘is going to throw up’
When Kim Kardashian sets her mind to something, her fans know she’s going to do whatever it is to the best of her ability.
Her kids want to have soccer as a hobby? OK, she’s flying them out to meet the Real Madrid team. She has a thing for shapewear – let’s form a global brand based around it and call it SKIMS.
Kim doesn’t do things by halves. And, it appears the same mentality is flowing into her workouts with top trainer Senada Greca.
Senada, a world-renowned fitness pro and celebrity PT can be seen in Kim’s latest IG Story looking pretty pleased with herself.
Kim points the camera at her trainer and says: “This evil person right here, I’m about to throw up, I’ve never thrown up I don’t think in a workout and that’s whats happening today… it is… evil.”
Kim’s dedication doesn’t waiver
Kardashians star Kim has many achievements to her name. She’s a billionaire businesswoman, a reality TV star, a lawyer in training, and a mom of four kids.
When it comes to the gym, it seems Kim is smashing her goals, too. Her effort is clearly undeniable as she says she’s pushed to the point of feeling like she’s going to vomit this October.
Speaking of Kim in a July interview with Jay Shetty, PT Senada said the star is seriously “dedicated.”
The fitness trainer laughs: “One thing that I’ve learned about Kim with training with her is her dedication. She shows up on time and is ready to go. Never does she complain or back away from something that I put her through and I put her through a lot.”
“She never backs away, she always pushes through, which is very impressive, she’s very dedicated, for sure,” she adds.
When it comes to preparing for specific events or photoshoots, Kim’s trainer says: “We dial it in,” adding how she “moved to LA” to work with the star.
Senada adds: “Obviously it is Kim, but I believe in working with these people who have such high influence because of the impact they will have on the larger population. So, if through them I can send a message of strength for women… strength is beautiful, strength is confidence, whatever that looks like, strength doesn’t have to come with big muscles… to me, my purpose is fulfilled.”
