Eric Ebbing is the founder of Homerun Brokers, featuring on Netflix’s Making It in Marbella. The real estate mogul hasn’t always been working in property though, as he’s the host of a huge music event.
In 2020, Eric Ebbing decided to invest in real estate in the middle of the pandemic. The Netflix entrepreneur, from Sweden, then went on to launch a business selling 39 properties in just one year.

Eric Ebbing launched Homerun Brokers real estate firm in 2020. The company had then successfully completed 39 property sales for clients with a total value of more than 100 million euros by 2021.
With buy to rent and buy to sell options, the Marbella-based business is the “most exclusive” in the area with a whopping 4.9-star reviews on Google. The team has over 65 years collective experience.
While the team is fluent in up to 10 languages to serve clients from all backgrounds. After being involved in the Marbella real estate market for three years, he founded the company, which is now Netflix-famous!
He is CEO of Swedish music festival
Eric is the founder of one of Sweden’s largest annual music festivals, Big Slap. His entrepreneurial career started at a young age back in Malmo, Sweden, when he developed a passion for music.
He also had an interest in the hospitality sector, which soon led to 35,000 visitors in just 48 hours of him coming up with the festival idea. And it all started by turning a football stadium into a rave for a day.
Ebbing later turned “one of Europe’s coolest venues,” Tallriken, a 360-degrees park in central Malmo, into the location. “We were close to fail the first year, and we risked all we had without investors,” he said.
Making It In Marbella star lives in Spain
In 2017, Eric decided it was time for a change and moved to Marbella. He bought a property in Marbella as a second holiday home by San Pedro Beach, which caused him to fall in love with the lifestyle.
He then decided to move there permanently, where he married his wife in the nearby Tarifa, in September 2022. Eric called the loving celebration “one of the best days of his life”.
Eric also opened a new Lebanese restaurant in Marbella, called Occo, in 2018. It’s a Lebanese restaurant which has become the talk of the town, as it’s a hot-spot for influencers on the Marbella dining scene.
