Bachelor Nation is the gift that keeps on giving. The ABC franchise sees some heartbroken cast members given another chance at finding love if their initial dating opportunities don’t work out. Jenn Tran is now The Bachelorette after Joey Graziadei ended The Bachelor 28 with Kelsey Anderson.
Now, The Bachelorette‘s Jenn has the tough task of eliminating men who are vying after her heart. The 26-year-old is looking for the one. But, it turns out two guys don’t make the cut during episode 6. Now, one of them is being given another shot at romance on The Bachelor.
Jenn Tran sends two men home
The Bachelorette season 21 episode 6 sees Jenn having to decide which contestants to send home ahead of the hometown dates.
Despite having spent some great times with Grant Ellis, and admitting she thinks he’s “hot,” Jenn ended up sending him packing during the August 12 episode.
Grant wasn’t heading out of the competition alone, however, as Spencer Conley and Sam McKinney were also sent home in week 6.
The men left competing for Jenn’s heart include Devin Strader, Jeremy Simon, Jonathon Johnson, and Marcus Shoberg.
Grant’s second shot at love
Grant developed feelings for Jenn during his time on The Bachelorette.
Sadly, his time was cut short on the show. But, ABC gives the reality TV star a second chance at love as he’s officially been cast as the next Bachelor.
“Ellis will be the star of the 29th season of The Bachelor,” writes ABC News.
Grant is a 30-year-old day trader who hails from Newark, New Jersey.
He celebrates his birthday on December 13, making him a Sagittarius on the zodiac.
Grant is clearly a man of many talents as he played basketball professionally in the past. He now lives in Houston, Texas, and says he’s a “mama’s boy.”
