Ethan and Olivia Plath first sparked split rumors when she removed all traces of him from her Instagram account. The Welcome to Plathville former couple are officially one, and Ethan is dating again.
Ethan Plath starts dating after split
Ethan Plath has began to date after his divorce. He was seen buying a girl a drink at a bar but later told Olivia, “I don’t understand how you can move on so easily, after seven years.”
She told cameras, “Dating after marrying the first guy you held hands with is wild,” as she went on multiple dates with men. One guy asked her, “If you had one night with me, what would you do?”
Ethan has also been dating but admits it’s “a little bit intimidating to approach a beautiful woman.” He then told the girl in question, “If you want another drink, I can get you one,” and she gladly accepted.
‘Robotic’ Ethan grabs bar stool
Ethan has been going on dates on Welcome to Plathville, but fans are spotting major red flags from his side. He’s showing “robotic” traits in the new season, especially when he grabbed the bar stool.

While many say he’s “depressed and grieving” after his split, others believe it’s because he has forgotten how to think for himself. “Cause he’s alone with no one to tell him what or how to think…” said a fan.
Ethan and Olivia split last year
Ethan and Olivia went through a divorce in 2023. They were facing issues for a long time, such as Ethan having to travel and be away from home for months because of his car sales work.
In October last year, Ethan and Olivia shared they were going their separate ways after five years of marriage. During season 5, which aired in December, fans could see the two talking about their future.
The TLC couple had officially separated in early 2023 before finalizing their divorce in the Fall. Olivia later said the “hickey police” have been onto her since she became single.
