Olivia Attwood is delving into the Price of Perfection on her ITV series. Having previously gone under the knife for a boob job herself, the former Love Island star now regrets some surgeries.
She underwent cosmetic surgery at a young age but is now learning about its dangers on ITV. Love Island’s Olivia Attwood got her first boob job at 20, and five years later, underwent Botox.

Olivia made a decision to get her breasts enlarged aged just 20. She told The Times: “I was fixated and it was cheap and quick. These bloody boobs were so heavy. I was happy for a year.”
She added, “I realised they didn’t look right for my frame. The weight of the implants started to stretch my skin and they got lower and lower. I started to think, ‘This isn’t what I signed up for at all.’”
The former Love Island star, who placed third in the competition, dissolved a lot of her lip filler over the last two years, but made a choice to keep some of it in her pout.
She underwent Botox by 25
Olivia still does “all the non-surgical stuff to my face,” which includes Botox, all the jazzy skincare, the Morpheus8, the lasers. She said, “I’ll try everything that’s new. I’ll do dots of filler here and there.”
Fillers are a journey I’ve been on,” Attwood explained. “The ‘natural’ that women are buying isn’t natural at all. Do what you want with your hair and make-up, but surgery? It’s irreversible.”
She added, “Doing something to your body because it’s on trend is a dangerous road to nowhere.” Since having a boob job, Olivia has had a reduction to correct the mistakes made with the first one.
ITV star now has glowing skin
In preparation for her wedding, Olivia had a course of Lumenis M22 Photofabulous sessions, which are designed to offer total skin rejuvenation and help reduce the appearance of ageing skin and fine lines.
She had four rounds of the treatment. Dr Saleena Zimri told OK: “With Olivia, we were trying to achieve glassy skin by improving texture, toning and tightening skin plus reducing pigmentation.”
A single session will typically set customers back around £300 and are available nationwide at Lumenis partner clinics. Olivia is now always sporting super glowing skin!
