Love Island brought us Molly-Mae Hague and Tommy Fury, and Olivia Bowen and Alex Bowen. Although the dating show’s success rate is still low, the quality of the surviving relationships says it all.
As the popular ITV series brings together singletons from all over the UK, you may be wondering how many couples are still together outside the villa. Just 13 Love Island couples remain out of 352 stars.
Love Island’s success rate is 7.4%
Love Island has a low success rate of just 7.4 percent, as just 13 couples remain together out of 352 contestants, as per a QRFY study. The most recent couple is Molly Smith and Tom Clare from All Stars.
Sanam Harrinanan and Kai Fagan won winter Love Island 2023, and just got engaged! Molly Mae Hague and Tommy Fury are also still lovebirds, with a baby girl called Bambi, and even a ring on it.
Across UK and US popular dating shows, Love Island ranked 11th in a list of 17 when it comes to its success rate. Interestingly, most of the long-lasting couples placed second, third or fourth.

Olivia and Alex are longest-running
The longest-running couple from Love Island are Olivia and Alex Bowen, a married couple with a child. Olivia and Alex first met on season 2, the same year Cara Delahoyde and Nathan Massey met.
Proving that the ITV dating show does have successes, Olivia and Alex now have a two-year-old called Abel, while Cara and Nathan are also married with two children, Freddie-George and Delilah.
However, Cara revealed she and Nathan split up during her first pregnancy, so it hasn’t always been smooth-sailing. Jess Shears and Dom Lever, from season 3, are also parents to son, Presley.
High hopes for Ciaran and Nicole
Ciaran and Nicole are the strongest couple on the 2024 season, with most fans hoping they’ll go on to win the show. They only live half an hour down the road from each other in Wales!
She manifested marrying him and having three babies in the future, and so far, it looks like all is well for the Welsh couple. There were a few tests, such as when she kissed new boy, Will, in a challenge.
Nicole was also asked to be new boy, Konnor’s, main course during his arrival, while Ciaran faced the wrath of his beau when he admitted he’d have picked Grace Jackson to kiss during a challenge.
However, many know how many tests the show can bring – including Casa Amor – when they’ll come face-to-face with fresh meat, and fans fear they may not come back alone.
