Love Deadline hosts
As Singles Inferno fans will know, the hosts of a show are arguably as important as the contestants taking part, Love Deadline features some familiar faces in its hosting line-up.
The show’s hosts are one half of comedy duo Untouchable, Hidetsugu Shibata, Miyu Ikeda (AKA Michopa – @michopa1030), and Nana Suzuki (@nana_suzuki79).
Some viewers have already dubbed the show’s theme tune “not that bad” on X (Twitter). For any viewers recognizing the Netflix series’ song, it’s Namie Amuro’s 2007 song Baby Don’t Cry.
What is the Netflix show about?
Love Deadline is a dating show where singletons have been cast with hopes of finding love.
But, there’s a catch – the men are there on a time limit – and the women are the ones who have to propose.
With beautiful backdrops for a romance to play out, such as Okinawa and Kyoto, some of the contestants are looking for someone they can “fall in love with over and over again.”
Others are happy to skip the whole dating process, fast-tracking to marriage.
More are making it crystal clear how important money is to them as one contestant says she has a thing for “Lambos.”
