  • Erin is the Social Media Editor for The Lancaster Tab, creating posts for all of the social media channels that help promote articles to as many people as possible. In her first term as Socials Editor, she amassed nearly two million views to the Lancaster Tab Instagram page!
  • Erin has written a range of articles for The Tab, including a national piece in her first term as writer! As a huge Sunderland AFC fan, she also writes for the Roker Report fanzine.
  • In her - very minimal - spare time, Erin also takes part in many other societies. Since her first year, she has taken on roles such as Brand Manager, Publicity Officer, Women's+ Welfare Officer, Student Representative, and Student Digital Content Creator.

Experience

Erin has written for The Lancaster Tab throughout her second and third year of university, publishing over fifty articles across a broad range of topics. She also had the privilege of completing The Tab's social media internship in summer 2025, which has been invaluable experience for taking on her role as Socials Editor!

Education

Erin is in her third year at Lancaster University where she is completing a LLB Law degree. She is the most interested in criminal law, and is currently completing dissertation on the criminal age of responsibility in England and Wales. Following graduation this summer, Erin will be venturing into the world of journalism, hoping her experience at The Tab will help her to go far!
