For four years, Carly enjoyed editing and compiling submissions for Wasabi, her high school literary magazine, eventually inspiring her to pursue writing and journalism as a Uni student. She has since enjoyed editing and writing for the Tab as well as UoB's newspaper, The Redbrick.
Carly is very proud to have attended the Grunin Performing Arts Academy for high school, where she graduated with a 4.0 GPA and her associate's degree in liberal arts. She is in her second year as a film and creative writing student at the University of Birmingham and plans on pursuing her MA in journalism once she graduates.
