The juiciest update on ‘dating’ Heated Rivalry stars as new lookalike hottie enters the picture

Though it was never explicitly confirmed, Heated Rivalry stars Connor Storrie and François Arnaud were at the centre of some very spicy co-star rumours. 

Following the massive success of the hit gay show, Connor Storrie and François Arnaud were the hot topic for what seemed like months. They were pictured hanging out together at practically every opportunity, and the few public announcements did nothing to dispel the rumours. 

Suffice it to say that everyone was OBSESSED, but it seemed to fizzle out after a few months – if it was even a thing to begin with. 

Ahead of Heated Rivalry season two, François Arnaud has been snapped with a new man.

Who is the guy François Arnaud is apparently dating? 

On Wednesday, Page Six posted some intimate pictures of François Arnaud spending time with an unnamed man at the famed celebrity hideaway, Chateau Marmont. They looked incredibly chic as they smoked cigarettes, and the actor had his arm around his alleged new boo. The duo were later pictured together leaving. 

Soon enough, the internet got to work and identified the man as Andrii Panasiuk, a styling assistant who just worked on Troye Sivan’s new music video for She’s the Best. He also styled the singer during his Sweat Tour, and has been incessantly liking François’ posts on Instagram.

Over on Instagram, Andrii has just under 5k followers, and most of his posts are either aesthetically pleasing photography or some well-lit chic thirst traps. Long story short: He’s incredibly hot. 

Now, while a new potential relationship for François Arnaud is cute, people immediately spotted striking similarities to the other celeb he was attached to, fellow Heated Rivalry star Connor Storrie. 

Both of the men boast curls – at least they did until Connor cut his off earlier this month – and they’ve both got what Twitter described as that “Slavic model look.”

One person wrote on Twitter: “And he’s Greek & looking like a Greek twink. Oh Francois Arnaud ik u got a type.”

“It seems like that episode of Queer as Folk where Brian f8cks Justin’s lookalike because he misses him,” another said. 

Of course, the potential relationship news has sparked some really odd behaviour online, and the icky parasocial relationships are back. Now it’s worth remembering that Andrii is a stylist, so they could just be working together.

That being said, the pictures were really intimate, so François Arnaud has been approached for comment.
