The absurd amount Tom Holland could make from Spider-Man has left me genuinely speechless
Him and Zendaya must be rolling in it
Tom Holland is apparently about to make an absolutely ridiculous amount of money from playing Spider-Man, and his latest payday could make his previous Marvel earnings look tiny.

The actor, 30, is reportedly set to make at least $100 million from Spider-Man: Brand New Day, according to TheWrap, following the film’s huge performance at the box office.
Holland is understood to have received a $20 million upfront salary for returning as Peter Parker, but that could be dwarfed by the bonus he receives from the movie’s box office takings.
Considering Brand New Day has already been smashing records, that bonus is looking particularly large. The film had the biggest domestic opening weekend in history with $360 million, beating Avengers: Endgame’s $357 million opening.
TheWrap’s source reportedly indicated that there is no monetary cap on how much Holland can make from the movie, meaning that $100 million figure could potentially climb even higher.
It’s a pretty wild jump from where Holland started his Spider-Man career.
He first appeared as Peter Parker in Captain America: Civil War in 2016, reportedly earning $250,000 for the crossover appearance. His next outing, Spider-Man: Homecoming in 2017, came with a reported $500,000 payday.

By Spider-Man: Far From Home in 2019, that had risen to around $4 million, before Holland reportedly pocketed $10 million for Spider-Man: No Way Home in 2021.
That film marked the end of his initial six-film deal with Sony, according to the report.
Now, after almost a decade, Holland’s fourth solo Spider-Man movie is reportedly about to make him an eye-watering fortune.
And he’s not the only half of Hollywood’s Tom and Zendaya power couple doing very well financially.
His partner Zendaya is also among Hollywood’s highest earners, with her income reportedly coming from film salaries, executive producer roles and major fashion endorsements. Her earnings from those sources have been estimated at $43 million to $70 million globally, while her net worth is estimated at around $40 million as of 2026.
Basically, Peter Parker is doing considerably better financially than the character he plays.
