Gay adult film star Austin Wolf sentenced to 19 years in prison for child sexual exploitation

Justin Heath Smith, better known by the name Austin Wolf he uses as a gay porn star, has been sentenced to 19 years in prison for child sexual exploitation. After he was arrested in June of last year, a search warrant was executed on his home and Austin Wolf “was found in possession of approximately 1,291 files containing child pornography, including around 75 files showing infants or toddlers and some videos depicting the violent rape of young children.” After Austin Wolf pleaded guilty, he was yesterday sentenced in a truly horrific case.

He’s been trying to prey on minors and sexually exploit them since ‘at least 2023’

The verdict came yesterday following Austin Wolf entering a guilty plea. “Justin Heath Smith’s crimes against children are horrible,” said U.S. Attorney Jay Clayton.  “He targeted kids as young as seven, and every New Yorker wants him and those like him off our streets for as long as possible and never again near our children.  The women and men of our Office, and our law enforcement partners, are laser focused on ridding our streets of those who sexually exploit our children.  The message to predators from our Office is clear: there is no place for you in New York other than prison.”

Just before he was arrested, Austin Wolf had planned to meet up with a man who said he was the father of seven year old child and was willing to offer up the child to Wolf to abuse.

It was also reported that Austin Wolf had distributed child pornography to at least 15 others.

Prior to his arrest, Austin Wolf was one of the most successful gay porn actors in the industry – and was one of the first to truly take off on OnlyFans also. He’d been nominated and won many awards for his work in the industry and was extremely well known.

As well as his 19 year prison sentence, Austin Wolf also was sentenced to 10 years of supervised release and a $40,000 fine.
