Off-camera scenes prove Keye and Davide’s honeymoon was the opposite of what we saw on MAFS

Keye and Davide’s honeymoon on MAFS UK looked like it had some pretty awkward moments. During the first few days, Davide complained to the cameras that Keye kept making jokes and wasn’t getting real with him. He said: “Have you met my husband? He’s a lot. He’s on 110 per cent, 90 per cent of the time.” Plenty of MAFS viewers worried their chemistry came from attraction and not from a deeper connection. They speculated the spark might fizzle out quickly.

However, Keye has now gone into detail about the moments on his honeymoon that we didn’t get to see, and they just prove that the opposite of this is true. These unaired scenes just prove that Keye and Davide really got each other from the get-go, and their relationship always had depth.

Keye dished on the honeymoon to Lucinda Light on MAFS UK: It’s Official.  “He just kind of got me in a way – like, little things that you didn’t see, like on the plane. I hate flying. I’m terrified of flying. So he distracted me with a game on the screen and pretended his wasn’t working, like, ‘Show me how it works on yours!’ so that I didn’t notice we were taking off.”

That is incredibly considerate, and also incredibly clever. Some top-tier social skills from Davide, there.

Davide was just as sweet in another off-camera moment. “I got sensory overload when we landed at the airport,” Keye continued, “and he was like, ‘Keye! Three things you can see. three things you can smell.’ And just continuously distracted me to keep me calm at all times It was like I’d always known him and he just knew every aspect of me before even I was recognising that I was nervous or overwhelmed by things.”

That’s such a lovely thing for Davide to do – especially considering he’d only known Keye for a matter of hours at that point.

By the end of Keye and Davide’s MAFS honeymoon, their relationship seemed to have turned a corner. Plus, elusive comments on Instagram hint they could still be together. I’m manifesting so hard that this is the case.
