Before and after pics show Noah Centineo’s transformation as he reveals shocking new look

This isn’t the Peter Kavinsky I fell in love with in 2018

Noah Centineo looks completely different in a new picture he shared on the set of the Street Fighters film.

In his first Instagram post in over six months, the actor showed off his insane body transformation and new hair colour.

The comments are going wild over this pic. Noah stays private on social media, so this update is a massive shock to his followers. Even his celebrity friends are shocked.

Actress Rachel Zegler commented, “NOW HANG ON-,” the only comment liked by Noah.

“Did I miss a chapter??” said a comment with 36k likes.

“This is not the Noah Centineo I remember,” said another.

Noah has clearly been training hard for his new role. He’s now got six-pack abs and a defined V-line, as well as much bigger arms and traps. I do miss the curly brown hair though.

He first became everyone’s favourite romcom boy after his breakout role as Peter Kavinsky in the To All The Boys I’ve Loved Before series. The actor played love interests in multiple Netflix films after this, including The Perfect Date, Sierra Burgess is a Loser and Swiped.

But he’s broken free from the romance genre and is set to play Ken Masters in the upcoming Street Fighters movie. Filming officially kicked off on the 18th of August. He is set to star alongside other super ripped celebrities like Jason Momoa and 50 Cent.

The 29-year old actor also featured in Warfare earlier this year, a gritty war film telling the story of Navy SEALs in Ramadi, Iraq. He couldn’t be any further from his Netflix heartthrob days.

The Street Fighter film was originally scheduled for a release on March 20th, 2026, but it was delayed earlier this year.

When Noah was asked about his acting journey, he told Sharp Magazine that he enjoys trying out new film genres and playing interesting characters.

“I enjoy exploring and finding things that are interesting to me and trying to bring them to life, you know? I think that takes on the form of many different things.”
